Throughout the holiday season, we have been posting on Facebook Holiday Shopping Tips.  For your convenience, we have all tips listed below.

 

• ·         Make a list with pictures! You want to share the love with so many people, make a list so you remember everyone! If someone points out a gift idea, take a picture with your phone for ideas at shopping time.
• ·         Wear comfortable shoes! If you are planning to visit several stores in one day, keep your own comfort in mind.  You will be in better spirits by the end of your shopping trip if your feet are still happy. 
• ·         Shop Local! Remember to support your favorite small businesses this holiday season.  Saturday, November 29^th is SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY!
• ·         Be Generous! Remember those less fortunate than you. Want to help us collect toys for Toys for Tots? Mark your calendar for our Donation Event on Sunday, December 7^th 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
• ·         Remember Stocking Stuffers and Hostess Gifts! In the rush of the holiday season, small details (like stocking stuffers and hostess gifts) can easily be missed.  Your favorite store will have small gift items easy to find and pick up for these occasions.
• ·         Remember where you parked! Doing lots of shopping and parking in a large lot? Take a picture of your car and include the surrounding area or landmarks like lampposts and signs to remind you when it’s time to leave.

 

Your holiday should be fun and we know that gift shopping can cause stress at times.  We hope that these suggestions help to make your shopping and therefore the entire season more enjoyable.
